But what age would you average out to be a peak age?

Give one age only and if you like, some stats/reasons!

Physically, about 21-25. Robinson, Ali, Leonard, Tyson, Benn, Eubank, Hamed et al were all thought to be at their sharpest and most sensational at that age.

Great start to that list, starts to fall off a bit around the mid-way point.

Depends. It's in your genes and late starters peak later. Froch has had that black book where he logs his progress and he's peaking now. Prodigys who get all the attention because they peak early and capture the imagination because the public wonders how good they'll get, more often than not fizzle out early. Some guys even peak 35-40. I honestly think over all B-Hop peaked at LHW. There is no set rule. Look at Martinez. Obviously a lot of it's physical but a big factor imo is motivation as well, that goes.

amino acids. take them, and you recover like a 21 year old.

    35 is the new 25

Depends on the weight class. Heavyweights generally peak later than the smaller guys.
