USADA is still the gold standard. They have the longest list of dirty athletes which they have caught or at least that's what I've read. VADA is just hyped up by Pac fans to make it appear like it's the end-all, be-all of testing organizations just because Floyd doesn't use it.
Great. Then Pac should have no problem participating in VADA or USADA random testing for his JMM rematch which is already set up for the fall. :yep
