What 5 fighters would you like Mayweather to face to silence critics and you????

    1)Miguel Cotto- would prove Mayweather is a legit welterweight and unify 2/3 of the undisputed title.
    2) Shane Mosley-Another fight with a fellow future HOFer, and a fight 8 years overdue
    3)Antonio Margarito-proves Mayweather can beat a huge welterweight, and that Mayweather didnt duck him, like Magarito was a monster or something:patsch
    4)Paul Williams- Proves Mayweather can overcome a fighter with physical advantages over him. Also Williams is the 3rd-4th best welter around. I see this style match-up to be a puzzle for Mayweather. It would be similar to a Modern-day Hearns-Leonard.
    5)Kelly Pavlik-would put Mayweather on legendary status, not too many fighter have made the jump from welterweight champion to middleweight champion, let alone Junior-lightweight champion to Middleweight champion. If Mayweather found a way to win this fight he would be top 5 p4p in my book.

    You named them with the exception of kelly, he doesnt need to beat kelly. Pavlik is too big!

    As long as he fights Cotto. A win would seal the deal on his career. Anything else (Williams, Margarito, Cintron, Forrest, Spinks, or Pavlik - which would be a KO loss) would be icing on the cake.

    he doesnt need to fight anyone if he doesnt want to, but if i had to pick, and i want to see him fight again, it would be Cotto and Williams.

    he should fight this guys (in order if possible) :D

    mosley - he should show us that he could do better than what cotto did
    margo - take this fight just to silence the critics
    williams - lets see how he handles the punisher
    cotto - "blockbuster" enough said
    pavlik - now are we asking too much if we ask him to fight the ghost?

    Seriously I would like for him to fight Mosley, but since Floyd is going to be inactive for quite a while, and Mosley is aging and thinking about retirement, I don't see this fight happening.

    a really hungy, i mean hungry up and comer like berto or julio....

    a big threat that'll make him fight every second of every round like margarito....

    an awkward fighter who has alot of advantages like williams...

    someone super fast who throws alot of combos like mosley....

    i would of like to see him and mosley a few years ago, i have no interest in seing it now. and to get up to 160 for pavlik is a very big ask.
