What 5 fighters would you like Mayweather to face to silence critics and you????

I'm not really a critic, and I wouldn't need 5. Williams and Cotto are about it. Williams is a big welter with a win over Margarito, and Cotto is a young welter with a win over Mosley.

Seeing him fight Margarito, Shane, or both would be interesting. It is just unlikely with him talking 2 years off, mma, and retiring. Cotto is enough money to lure him out of his other plans. Williams would need to beat someone of Mosley's stature, and that probable won't be enough to get a shot at Floyd even then.

 

Mayweather can retire today and he'd be much greater than mosley and delahoya combined.Much greater.

 

Cotto and Williams.

Clintron and Margarito wont do anything for legacy.

Throw him in there with Wlad and then im happy. Kidding, kidding. If he fights Cotto and Williams then I believe he will have silenced the critics....anyone who knows anything about boxing should be able to realize that he can beat the others mentioned....and in fact I really just want to see him take on Cotto (cause imo he beats Williams with ease right now)

5 more fights is too much to ask from pbf. sure, you can name cotto, margo, williams, cintron, mosley. but you have to realize that some of those fighters would meet each other; therfore, will lose the chance to meet pbf. you can't come of a loss to fight pbf, you should come off a string of big wins. so i think 2 of those five will be realistic this year. cotto is a must.

Mayweather has done more than enough in my eyes but since there are so many jealous haters and doubters, he should just fight Cotto and Williams..

Beating Cotto should seal the deal for him but obviously more haters will then say that he's ducking Paul williams so he should just fight both those guys..

He just needs to fight Cotto and williams.

 

Same here. Fighting Cotto *and* Mosley or fighting Williams *and* Margarito would be redundant.

 

Cotto, Williams and then move up and take a crack at 160 then retire.

That's do-able for his skill level.

 

If PBF can beat pavlik. No one can or will ever be able to criticise him ever again.
