Go to any Khan fight and you'll see them. His fans are little pricks. They give it the 'Big 'un' and then run like **** when they get a reaction and say that it was racist. At the Excel, a couple of years ago, they got run by around 20 West Ham. Idiots the lot of them.
Yep Lee. I was sat with a load of Asian lads and to be fair, although they were loud as **** and shouting stupid **** like "kick him" and "C'mon Amir ****ing hit him" (before they'd even touched gloves at the start of the round) they seemed an alright bunch and I (and the 3 lads sat next to me) got on ok with them. However............That was my 3rd Khan fight and everytime there has been fighting by his fans, and I've heard of it at EVERY single one of his fights.
Good post Dan. Your night was exactly the as mine, right down to the £40 tickets being upgraded to the £100 ones:hey Top nights entertainment that was.
I must say i had a little chuckle when I heard someone behind me say 'these aren't bad seats for £100', then again when some nob came down giving it the large one about how much he'd shelled out for tickets :yep One thing I did find odd was the order of the card. Obviously it was done to get the olympians on Sky, but I thought Mitchell and Macca deserved bigger audiences. There must have only been a few hundred in when Maccarinelli was fighting. That was funny aswell when someone came to their seats about 9 O'clock and asked the bloke sat next to him what time maccarinelli was on:yep
McGuirpa - A couple sat infront of me were nearly crying when they found ound about us getting free upgrades Rightly so too i'd be raging. Was saying to the man next to me how you'll probably never see a time when a British Champion is fighting first on the bill at 6:15 to an empty hall
