Khan/Peterson-despite what you think of the outcome this was an action packed fight with a lot of drama. What's even more great is that there is certainty to be a rematch and possibly a trilogy. Lemieux/Alcine - another early tko expected for lemieux against the glass jaw Alcine but Alcine puts on the performance of his life to pullout the upset. David isn't quite done but we wont be hearing about his overhyped ass in a long time. Mitchell/Ibragimov- An American heavyweight contender is born. What makes this great is that Mitchell started boxing late and ibragimov had been boxing his entire career proving the point that America's best athletes are in our other sports and if they would of done boxing instead would dominate it. Segura/Viloria- What was expected to be an easy title grab for p4p ranked Segura turns out to be a possible career ending defeat. Once again Viloria shows up to fight when he is considered the huge underdog. What a great way to close out a somewhat slow year of boxing.
Agreed, although I don't think it was a slow year of boxing. Really enjoyed it this year actually. Anyway lawl khan, no inside game, guy just isnt born with the skills or chin to sit in the pocket and trade a little
I didn't see the fight but heard Roy went 10 rounds without getting his jaw cracked again. Good for Roy.
Agreed, just watched the viloria/segura fight and it was very entertaining. The lump on segura's right side of the head was pretty scary.
