    Bro how long you been watching boxing?? because it seems to me you dont know much at all :patsch

    you dont need an ABC belt to be lineal champ. You dont rmeber Hopkins defending his 175 Lineal title?? yes he was introuced as "The True LW king" if he has a ABC title they'll announce that, if they dont they get announced as the true Champion.

    Bro titles dont mean anything to casual fans because we have to many!! Nobody knows if pac is champ or Mayweather (well most know its Mayweather because he hasnt lost) but causals know nothing about titles.

    So it dont matter if Cotto didnt even have the Ring magizine title when he fought Canelo, it still would do 1.5 buys and be an all time classic!!

    Cotto can drop WBC, defend his MW Lineal title against Canelo, GGG becomes full champ and then when they fight later it would preety much be for undsiputed title.

    Listen I think Kovalev is the man like GGG is but I know Stevensons is the king like Cotto is. do i think its really right?? well yes i do but they need to fight each other. You beat the man to beat the man unless The man is ducking you.

    I think he'll fight GGG, no doubt in my mind. after this its either Canelo or GGG and i dont mind either fight :happy:happy

    So now fans should just be quiet about fighters ducking other fighters, because its a common practice in the sport? :think

    To me it seems you can either be vocal about bull****, or you can stay quiet. But whats weird to me is actually defending the bull****, and/or then trying to call others out who are being vocal about it. That to me is a bizarre response.

    Just imo

    What a horrible solution, imo, in allowing, justifying, and excusing the faults of modern boxing by citing its long history of precedents and previous failures.

    He should face Heiland, a young prospect ranked #3 , it would be a decent title defense and then he could vacate.This would be at least a better fight than the 41 years old k9

    the Sergio who fought Cotto was less than a shadow of the one who fought Murray, who in turn was less than a shadow of the one who fought Chavez.

    Sergio from the Chavez match would have wrecked Cotto.

    too bad that Sergio died that night, Chavez ruined him and ended his career at the top level forever. I guess it can happen when a small MW faces a CW
