Ortiz looked really good and for people saying that he is old and tired, well I didn't see any of that. As a matter of fact, I haven't any old worn out fighter stuff from him. He danced and moved as good as any fighter out there and his hand speed is admirable also. Ortiz is a top flight heavyweight.

He moved well, seemed light on his feet.

    Kauffman was terrible, also.

    But, Ortiz isn't done yet.

I love old man Ortiz dearly but to be honest lost some respect when I saw that lowly vermin Jake Paul in his corner.

Needs another big fight. Unfortunately for him he probably won't get it, unless it's via mandatory. Best he can hope for is a Joyce or Povetkin to sign up and fight him. If he wins that he might get mandated.

Kauffman is very limited but fought a good fight in hanging around. Ortiz while not great is still a solid gatekeeper and as long as that is what we expect I think he gave a solid display.

That bum went 10 rounds with Koffman.
    Ortiz is useless.

Mike Hunter also is probably crazy/hungry enough to fight Ortiz. That's a good fight too.

I just don’t get the love in for Ortiz on here.... he is probably about 45 years old and his best win is Bryant Jennings FFS!!

He should have to beat at least one top contender before getting another title shot

Wasn't impressed. He had Kauffman hurt multiple times and didn't finish.

I was just thinking the same... Ortiz is a huge risk for everyone and doesn't bring enough money on the table. Look what happened with Jennings...

Both Ortiz and his wife look 55. I can't believe some people claim he's in his 30s.

    I wasn’t impressed , couldn’t believe he wasn’t finishing off that bum. I seriously think he’s overrated.

I have to agree that I don't get the hype yet. I think a high KO record creates a fair bit of interest.
When I look at HWs like Whyte who regardless of how someone may rate him, has taken tough fights for a fighter with only 25 fights and has got greater wins than Ortiz imo
