His chin is made of British steel. He picks himself up from a monstrous shot from one of the greatest heavyweights ever to score the KO. Wilder after 40 fight defeats an aged Cuban, who had him on ***** street. American are sure desperate if they see Wilder as their boxing saviour.
What's worse is, you only heard half 3/4 of the boos you should have been hearing, the stadium wasn't even full and Thurman vs Garcia had more attending it....like is that embarrassing or what....2 world class heavyweights, boxing on the rise and they can't even fill the barclays center for Wilder-Ortiz and it is beaten by 2 welterweights..
You gotta give the people in the crowd a break, they didnt know which one Wilder was, they were only there for the free coffee and bingo.
More like an insecure Fury fan. That dip**** doesn't give a crap about Aj either. He's mad that no one cares nor talks about his out of shape Messiah. You see these worthless scumbags in every comment section of an article, video, etc of a current heavyweight that's shinning on the news.
This makes no sense. Wilder was literally the same he always has been, except that he showed a bit more resiliency than many (including myself) thought he'd have. How can you be LESS worried if he showed the same flaws but actually beat a live opponent for once? If anything, you should be MORE worried, since he showed his power is still somewhat capable of neutralizing some of his flaws even against an opponent that wasn't a bum.
The Barclay's is just a terrible impatient crowd full of people who have never seen a fight before. It was a medium pace the opening rounds and then they'd slow for a minute and the crowd would grow impatient and boo. The ref breaks them for any reason? They boo. Someone's mouthpiece fell out? They boo.
Such hyperbole. LOL. Please tell Eddie about the British steel and the monstrous punches, since just the other day he came up with a new roadblock to protect AJ. Now, we are told, Eddie will not speak with Wilder’s manager or promoter and must negotiate with Wilder directly. Of course there’s no shame in Eddie copying Floyd Mayweather. After all Floyd pretty much invented every stalling technique that exists.
Well, you always talking about him so educate us on his future. Is he still an active boxer? Has he sobered up or is he still doing coke?
Ive never been under the impression Wilder cant knock Joshua out, that can happen at any point when they fight, he is a serious threat to Joshua and i have always felt that. But ive just watched him in against his 1st real top level fighter and he was outboxed and nearly stopped before he stopped Ortiz. With the height and reach and youth and athleticism very much in his favour he should of dominated Ortiz and won rounds comfortably but he struggled to keep Ortiz off him. Against Joshua there is no way Wilder wins on points, But then i wouldnt expect to get that far. Its a shoot out, who gets to who properly the 1st, im not dumb enough to say Wilder cant get to Joshua 1st but that lazy flick jab wont stop somebody with fast hands and similar reach who also has a lot of power, not if it couldnt stop somebody shorter with shorter arms and who definatly seemed slower than Joshua.
WTF are you talking about??! When was my last Tyson Fury thread? Have you been drinking metal polish?
There were boo’s from the crowd because they expected fire works but it was a good strategy. He was patient and didn’t want to get wild knowing the kind of counter puncher Ortiz is. They were cheering by the end but it did start very slow due to the tactics Wilder opted to go with.
