Peak Toney would **** all over everyone involved, James Toney in the early 90s before he let his weight get out of control was a hell of lot better than anything out there today and that includes the 2 Andres, Peak Toney would've beat the living **** out of Froch and stopped him.

You're really reaching of you think either Andre is on Toney's level, especially Direll.

How about Antonio Tarver? Prime or not, perhaps Tarver just had Jones' number. Great fighter have not been able to solve lesser fighters in the past...Ali-Norton, Pacquiao-JMM, Hopkins-Taylor...just to name a few.

My dude, on what planet where you born? Because on earth Toney at 168 was the total package. No one currently fighting in that weight class can compare to a prime Toney. And a prime jones would absolutley obliterate the super six. If you are impressed with Andre dirrel then imagine him with one punch knock out power in each hand with more speed and reflexes and better footwork. Oh yeah and heart and determination. That's a prime Roy.

Toney was P4P#2 in the world and had fought and beaten a lot of very good fighters, he was also a 2 division champ who had won numerous championship fights, Most of the guys in the super 6 are unproven and haven't accomplished much.

How only one person has said Calzaghe is beyond me. In his prime the man has power, that's right power, to go along with all his other ridiculous attributes. Everyone underrated that man, boxers and critics alike.

I see why people hate the General Forum so much, that guy thinks Direll and Ward after 1 or 2 fights against guys with a pulse are suddenly as good as peak Toney ......:rofl:rofl:rofl

He was good but Scar found an old article where he admitted that peak Roy would've whooped him.

so after defining wins against kalambay, barkley, starling and curry, he's immediately past prime in his next fight to toney? would you say he aged over night? no way. and no way to nunn stopping toney when mike mccallum and a 260 samuel peter couldn't.
