Hopkins was a challenge, as was Toney, Griffen, Tarver and Ruiz, He didn't lose until his 35th birth-day. Roy is the only man to ever win titles at MW, SMW, LHW and HW and he has beaten around 20 world champs yet you say he never had a challenge. Its very clear that you are nothing more than a hater.

I guess it takes no skills to be a 6 time world champ in 4 different weight classes, unreal.

He wanted way more than Hopkins how did he deserve so much more by beating a bum in Ruiz,a partime Fireman, and a host of other bums, while Hopkins was beating Tito Trinidads, not to mention moved up and he beat the Tar out of Tarver, while Jones looked bad in the 1st fight with him and then he got his brains knocked out in the 2nd fight, face it Jones is 1 of the most overrated fighter ever.

In one round quite literally...in the Vinny Paz fight one of the rounds Vinny threw 5 punches...none landed.

Hopkins priced himself out of an ass whippin in 02

60-40 was more than fair considering:

    1. Jones was gonna defend HIS titles at a catchweight.

    2. Jones was a bigger name AND draw.

    3. Jones had already beat him.

    4. Hopkins has taken less than 40% to fight lesser fighters.

Your spin is complete bull ****, stating that he ducked Hopkins because he didn't agree to his unreasonable demands.

:patschHopkins had only fought 2 names at the time, and one of em was Roy who had already whipped his ass. When a fighter loses to someone who is more established and a bigger draw why should he expect to get 50/50 while challenging said fighter for his titles at a catchweight?
