The story seems to have disappeared completely. It's almost as if Brook isn't interested in finding the guy that stabbed him. The whole thing seems shady...including Brook's own account in the Daily Mail ( http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/bo...ively-explains-Tenerife-machete-stabbing.html)
What's shady about it? He clearly was stabbed, the guy that did it sounded like a nutter. Crazy people are everywhere, we just had one down a plane full of passengers. It's a bizarre story but it's not like he's saying aliens did it or something else weird. Also who says he isn't interested in finding the guy that stabbed him. He's going back to Spain to help police with their inquiries. http://www.itv.com/news/2015-03-27/boxer-brook-wants-to-help-catch-man-who-stabbed-him/
Nor trust a man who evidently knows naff all about boxing. Maybe you should be the next 'bum' that Brook floors.
I think the guy was identified, there were some initials in some news. If they could put a name on him, they will find him sooner or later.
He was clearly up to something he shouldn't have been. It's such a ridiculous story. He goes on holiday with his pregnant wife and child. He stays out after they go to bed, and then he ends up going back to some random blokes apartment, where he ends up getting stabbed . . .
The story doesn't seem very credible. One minute chatting, the next an unprovoked machete attack. Eh? No motive? No cause? No witnesses? Sometimes crazy things happen when you are drinking, but this is particularly odd. Maybe the details will emerge in time.
Youre right I have none, I am speculating but I can only imagine that's what he went back to the room with some guy in the early hours of the morning or middle of the night.
