What "AGING" Fighter you want to see get a chance for a title...Again?

    I have always been a Fan of Winky Wright. I still think he has plenty left in the tank. I would love to see him fight Lucian Bute IBF Title or Possibly take on Felix Sturm for Sturm's WBA Title.

    Also...I would like to see JMM vs Marcos Maidana for Maidana's WBA Title.

    Wright has no business above 160, but I think he could beat Sturm and give Pavlik a close hard fight. Bute stops him though.

    JMM despite the Mayweather loss is still a great fighter, and if he can't make 135 then he should go for a title at 140, maybe against Urango or Maidana who you mentioned.

    Maidana just has an interim title. If Alexander wasn't taking up Urango, I'd have liked to see JMM get in there with him because I think it's safe to say he'd have an easy night in outclassing Urango and getting a fourth weight class title on his resume. I've been interested in a possible Sturm/Wright match-up for a long time but it seems like Sturm isn't interested in fighting big name fighters, just hoarding away his piece of the title. I think after ODLH he never wants another name fighter, especially American. But I think Wright has a good shot of taking Sturm's strap away from him. I'd like Gerry Penalosa to get get in again, he's so prone to getting screwed but he's great. Hopkins. I'd like to see him pick up a CW title. Glenn Johnson, though I'm too concerned about Cloud's power.

    Perhaps a year ago I would have said McCall or Tua to see if they could parle their iron chins into upsets... but they probably can't at this point so, I don't know.

    In fact...Does Jan Zaveck still have that title?

    He does. I don't think Zab would beat him though.

    I would love to see Barrera get a shot at one of the weaker 135 lbers. I don't think he'd win but it'd be a finer good bye than watching him cut up and bloodied against Khan.
