which fight did he look the most impressive, flawless??

is the choice the obvious liston one?

Well you could probably say Liston 1 seeing as Liston was considered an unstoppable monster at that time, Ali was an unknown with a big mouth, and Ali was genuinely afraid of Liston

Maybe a bit predictable but I'll go with Cleveland Williams.

Ali looked as close to perfection that night as any fighter ever has. His speed, movement and punching were all flawless. He did whatever he wanted to do and barely missed a punch. I don't think I've seen a fighter since who was so fast and accurate.

Liston 1, Zora Folley, Chuvalo, Williams.

it was a big shock because he was unknown AND he outclassed Liston, who was running through established champs.

We never saw a prime Ali but he was closest to it vs. Zora Folley. Punch perfect!

:deal Williams was known to be a terrific puncher. For another great puncher like Liston to state Williams was the hardest puncher he ever faced says alot.

Has to be Williams. Never got touched and made Cleveland look like an amateur.

It has to be Williams, this was when we saw fantastic speed, combinations, headmovement and footwork, and power of the right hand slipped into one perfectly.

In terms of mental performance I'd say in Zaire vs Foreman, he was just not going to lose that night to anyone.
