Donny McCrary is ****. I've only seen Green fight twice and honestly was not that impressed, but if he was getting hit like that by a guy as slow and unskilled as Donny McCrary he's gonna have trouble come saturday.

  6. Let me know when Allan Green beats Edison Miranda. Oops, never happened.:yep

Why you changing the subject?

Anyway, Green by all accounts was ill going into the Miranda fight and still nearly flattened him, something a healthy Ward never came close to doing. :yep

Name one good fighter Allan Green has beaten

  9. Actually, YOU changed the subject. I responded to what you posted. And, there's nothing more pathetic than a fan who makes excuses for their fighter. The fact remains that Green got beat by Miranda. A Miranda who was dominated by Ward.

Allan Green is no world beater, but I think he is being seriously underestimated here. I still favor Ward to win the fight, but by no means is it going to be a walk in the park. Allan Green has his flaws, but he also has dynamite in his hands and he can change the tide of a fight with one punch.

It's useful to also note that Green went on to stop McCrary in the 6th.

Excuses? Allan Green had major surgery to remove 85% of his colon in 2007. So to assume health issues played factors in previous performances is only rational. I tend to give fighters the benefit of the doubt when it comes to these type of situations because they put their lives on the lines every time they step in between the ropes, let alone with lingering health issues. If you consider that pathetic, then maybe you don't know the meaning of the word.

Anyway, I'm sure you'd be singing a different tune had Ward went forward with this particular fight on it's original date and ended up blaming his performance on the knee injury currently responsible for the postponement.

And in case you didn't know, triangular theories mean very little in Boxing.

    Nah, I don't.

Actually most of the time if fighter a beats fighter b, and fighter c loses to fighter b, the simple explanation is that fighter a is better. And most of the time, if fighter a and fighter c meet, fighter a will win as a result of being better.

Happens all the time, only people only remember the times when it doesn't pan out for whatever reason.

No, it's completely random and based on styles and cirumstance more than anything. I can give you dozens of examples, but it's pointless really.
