What an exellent fighter Valdez was - footage of his fight with Briscoe

I also rewatched this fight recently by chance, I am not sure too many Middles would be able to keep a similar poise with Bad Benny breathing this hard down their neck !

Is it any wonder that after going through 3 fights with Bad Bennie (the other two going the distence ) and two fights with Monzon, That there wasnt much left for Curro to Beat.

In my humble opinion Rodrigo was an excellant fighter, one of those fighters who seem to be picking up a lot of respect quite some time after their career has ended.
