What are boxing's most over used phrases?

    Here's something Atlas would say: "Ya know Joe...when a brawler is like a cat and the boxer is like that yellow bird in the cage. The cat wants to get inside the cage to get the bird, like how a brawler wants to cage the boxer inside. The bird wants to stay in the cage where it's safe and where the bird seeds are. So the question is how can the cat get inside the cage and get the bird...much like how can the brawler get inside the cage for the boxer?"

    Hilarious - I notice this too. When a boxer is asked "Did the jab win you the fight tonight?" They respond by saying "I'd like to thank god". When asked "Will you accept a fight for with the hard-hitting, undefeated contender?" They respond with "I'd like to thank god". HAAAAAAA

    The one phrase that I've always hated is "a black eye for boxing", it's used almost every time a bad decision is announced.
