naah. canelo was moving up in weight and it was his biggest challenge to date. ggg was fighting a guy moving up to fight him. now ggg has had the option to return the favor for years now. move up to fight canelo. and he gets 4 belts and undisputed title for his troubles. but it seems ggg is only good in his specific bracket, anything outside and its too scary.
In the second fight, Golovkin took the beating of his life. I don't care about media scorecards. Canelo was much more versatile, he outworked GGG. He damaged Golovkin's head and body seriously.
I agree it annoys me more than the PED use. I hate robberies in boxing. I mean it happens but as I said in an earlier post most of the time it is sparodic with a fighter but with Canelo it's happened several time now and it's very difficult for me to ignore when weighing up his career to this point.
When he gets his name on the local community centres wall for being able to finish off a "goon burger." The huge Burger he polished off, but all the frikkin fries were making his belly full. But nope, he completed it fries and all!
GGG said he is not moving up just in case Canelo fights him, that it would have to be something definite.
Canelo made Golovkin miss badly and landed cleaner punches in the first fight. Defense and clean punching are among criterias of judges.
