What are everyone's thoughts on this article on Cotto-Margarito?

    I don't agree.. I think Cotto will win this easier than most think, but not completely one-sided though..

    One thing I don't like about the article is how the writer thinks they have the same style and do the same things. Quite frankly, although Cotto is the smaller guy, his trademark is to go to the body so he will probably more focus on that anyways. Plus, he is more complete boxer than Margo who is more of a brawler. His defense is better and is much faster. If they are similar, it is in terms of power and their stalking of their opponents. Anyways, I believe there will be a struggle but because Cotto has not yet tasted defeat and has found a way to fight through adversity in the past as well as developing his skills, he will come a victor via UD or late KO/TKO.

    Agreed. I think Cotto will rely on a lot of counter-punching as well as the body.. I also think Margo's face will be busted up by the end of the fight..

    Cotto is going to let Margo come to him. He has superior movement and will allow Margo to come at him all night while countering the **** out of him. This will not be a blowout imo, like some say it will, but Cotto should be able to outbox Margo and get a wide ud

    The article talks about the inevitability of certain realities. I agree, this fight is way more than likely to become a dog fight at some point, and when that happens Cotto will drown in Margarito's current.
