when i said trainers i mean trainers when it comes to recovering a healing a fighter... obviously over time we will learn more and more about the human body and what benefits it and what hurts it.... advances in technology im sure fighteres benefit in ... such as elco-sim and stuff like that

but nah... dont start wiht hoops... thats one thing i know ALOT about hahaha.... i watched/played basketball since i could walk... theres not an extra-ordinary amount of wilt chamberlain footage around to make a statement like that... but i can say this with confidence.... shaq .. prime shaq is probably just as gifted physically and athletically.. then when you think someone cant come along to be bigger more athletic and agile than shaq... dwight howard comes along.. and lebron comes along...

players evolve hahaha.... atleast in basketball ...

Its obvious that basketball players and football players are far more athletically talented then they used to be. Dr.J was a phenomenon. Nobody could jump like he could. However today, he would be just a regular dude athletic wise. However whether they are more skilled is a different story. I dont see any guards in the NBA being able to execute a sky hook like Magic or Kareem, which is one of the most difficult to master and one of the hardest to defend shots in history. Its pretty much dead today. I think Dwight Howard would be schooled in the post by Kareem skills wise, but conversely if Dwight was born in Kareems time, his shear athletic dominance would make him the best center in the league 40 years ago.

the skill level has went up on all levels... high school players are more talented and this translates to college players being more talented and this translate to nba playeres being more talented

    lebron is 6ft9
    melo is 6ft8
    dirk is 7 ft

yesterdays player of that size would be forced to be a power forward or center due to their size

but bigs with offensive skill is rare because of the variety of types of bigs...

alot of bigs spend their time aroudn the wing's facing the basket ... as mid range or long distance shooters....

bigs around the wing for example... okur, jermain oneal, chris bosh, boozer

then you have skilled big men who are capable of skill shots (fade aways, up n unders, hooks) brand, yao, duncan, gasol, jefferson from the twolves

some bigs are freaks and just relay on athletic ability
    dwight and amare

the other bigs are just used for defense
    chandler-camby-dalembert- ben wallace

so i wouldnt say so much the hook shot and skill shot is dead .. cause players are very talented and capable of doing such shots... the game has just changed

Wilt was a track star and had a 44 inch vertical leap. There is PLENTY of film of Wilt, he was clearly the better athlete and the more agile player than Shaq. Shaq was just more massive.

    Wilt owns Shaq.

Wilt was 7'2, 275 pounds in his prime, up to 330. Shaq was 7'1, 300 pounds in his prime. In other words, you don't have a clue what you're talking about.:good

    Floyd's weaknesses, here we go:

    1. Retreats in straight lines.

    2. Feints with one hand and throws a punch with the exact same hand after.

    3. ALWAYS circles to the power hand of southpaws...

    4. Pulls back while throwing the jab.

    5. Shoulder Roll is susceptible to southpaw jab's which opens up the lead left. Read #3.

That's why fighters such as Pernell Whitaker and Roberto Duran are pretty much definite locks to beat Floyd as their strengths dictated solely to these glaring weaknesses.
