no weakness in the ring at all what so ever. him not taking risk isnt a weakness hes never in a position to take a risk. he is always in control. whatever fighter he goes up agaisnt there fightin floyd mayweather fight. they fight at his pace he controls wuts goin on there in the ring, he will counter anything you do he has an answer for everything. the only knock on him is that he had big fights in his career but he never fought a pacman or DLH in his prime guys like that.

over confident i believe one day he'll underestimate the wrong opponent and someone will enjoy the biggest upset in boxing since Mike Tyson vs James Douglas. Skillwise, he is a superb boxer with unteachable talent.

A vulnerability to a left cross from southpaws. Not a specific weakness for Floyd, but for the shoulder roll defense in general. Judah did very well using the left cross, and even when he virtually stopped throwing punches after the first 4-6 rounds he would still sneak one or two in there.

Slow starts. Unless completely confident ahead of time, Floyd often spends the first few rounds trying to figure out his opponents. This has sometimes made the scoring closer than it needed to be, and a fast starter can give himself a head start by coming out strong right from the start.

Passivity. Occasionally Floyd becomes too passive and spends so much time covering up he neglects his offense. Even if he completely blocks or deflects all of his opponent's blows, if he doesn't do anything offensively he can lose rounds for that. (This drove me crazy in the early to mid rounds vs De La Hoya, because I was rooting for Floyd and was afraid he was pissing the fight away by always staying on defense). Letting yourself get outworked just looks bad to judges and fans.

Size. Admirably, Floyd fights at weight classes that are natural to him rather than draining himself ridiculously. On the other hand, this means that most of the opponents he could fight right now, (aside from MArquez and Pac) will be bigger, stronger, have longer reach, etc. This is a big factor in why Oscar's jab was so effective, along with having a good jab he also had a nice height/reach advantage as well, making it tougher for Floyd to get around it.

That's everything that occurs to me right now at, I can't concentrate fully since I'm at work. I think that's all of the big things though.

He is clearly comfident and cocky outside the ring but he's not inside the ring. He always fights cautiously and with respect for his opponent. Really if he has a weakness it's his power, he doesn't have much of it, not at WW anyway. Nobody really knows whether he has a good chin or not because no one has ever been able to truly test it because his defense is so good.

I have to disagree with you on this one Sweet Pea. Wilt is not agile enough to stop shaq. And his offensive skills are not good enough against shaq.

Although his style is his biggest strength, like most fighters it can be their weakness. I can see someone like Pacquiao earning a decision similar to the Kotelnik-Khan fight where Khan kept throwing punches and punches.

The jab, PBF'S weakness is a stiff quick jab.......HE HAS NO ANSWER FOR THE JAB, A STINGING JAB FOLLOWED BY A RIGHT! JAB JAB JAB RIGHT.... DOUBLE $ TRIPLE AND SINGLE AND EVERY OTHER COMBO OF JABS FOLLOWED BY A RIGHT WITH DAMAGE ON IT,THEN THE HJOOK EVRY NOW AND THEN, ONCE THE JAB IS ESTABLISHED AND THE RIGHT IS CONNECTING AND BOOM FLOYD IS DONE.
