the best Saturday of sports you might be watching in a while? The Derby, Boston-Chicago, Tiger-Lefty, Floyd announcing his comeback, and Hatton-Pac. Wow!

Anyway, back to the big fight on tonight. Hatton has a 50-50 chance of winning this fight. If Pac slips up even once, Hatton can get on a roll like a rock rolling down a mountain which can eventually turn into a rock slide. I love Hatton's chances even though I have PAc to win. Hatton is more than capable of winning this fight by decision or ko, and if I were a betting man, I would take the odds on Hatton winning.

Pacquaio is no Mayweather. Hatton has a definite chance in this fight because Pacquaio doesn't have the tight defense of Mayweather. He is there to be hit, he always has been, and has never fought somebody who hits as hard as Hatton aside from Oscar who was a corpse in the ring that night and didn't even try to win. We have seen Pacquaio rocked and hurt by lesser punchers than Hatton. Hatton will attack the body and get physical against Manny like nobody he's ever fought. Pac still has holes in his defense and will be vulnerable

Now, Pacquaio is rightfully favored here but Hatton has a better chance than most give him credit for. I'm curious to see how Pacquaio responds to Hatton's rough housing and body attack. People act like because Manny has the speed advantage Hatton won't be able to hit him which is BS. Manny is one of the fastest guys out there but his defense is only average

This is just a fight that nobody can comfortable call, well a few pac-tards have but their opinions don't count for much in my mind. Neither fighter is hard to hit, neither fighter is totally amazing. Personally, I see Hatton beating him, its just the fact that he has NEVER lost at that weight, he is so hungry and pumped up, I don't see how Manny is going to deal with his relentless and furious attacks, just as long as you does what he has been trained to do now, which is to apply "Smart Pressure", if he gets on the inside of Manny and closes down the ring, which Hatton has always been good at, then I don't see how Manny will be able to stop him. I don't think its going to be an easy fight at all, but... as I say, Hatton has much more to gain from this and everybody knows it, so he will be more hungry then he has ever been. I don't think he should become the P4P number one if he does win, but he certainly puts a nice step in that direction.
