just curious to what everybody else thinks on what paulies chances are against hatton this saturday.so on a scale from 1-10 rate what you think his chances are.i myself rate it an 8,he's just too fast and hatton will be eating jabs all night.

The question should probably be, "What are Hatton's chances with Paulie?"

I put them at a 6. I favor Paulie to pull off the upset (although I'm not sure how much of an upset it can be if so many people are picking him), but he hasn't proven he can hold off a guy of the caliber or as strong as Hatton yet. If this was 2006, I'd put his chances at a 2 or 3.

I give him a pretty good chance. He went a full 12 with Cotto, and won some rounds, and Cotto is a pretty strong fighter, so its a 50/50 fight. Should be a good one.

Right now, Paulie is a 2.25-2.5 to 1 underdog. I think that's a good bet. I think Ricky's lifestyle caught up to him a bit in the Lazcano fight. Lazcano is a light hitting fighter and he had Ricky in trouble. I think Paulie will win on points. Hatton's best chance is bodyshot ko. I can't see him winning on points.

It really depends on how hatton comes into this fight. hatton is going to eat a lot of jabs and will really have to wrestle and rough house a lot inside to get the decision.

Paulie is the superior boxer. If this was actually a boxing match where two guys stood in the middle of the ring, Paulie would box hattons ears off.

Very good. If Hatton is as declined as I think he is, this fight will be considerably more one-sided than people expect - and Malignaggi will be the winner, going away.

Hatton seems to have slipped a little... His intense pressure style is definately a young man's game.

I'm hoping he can still do the job. Hatton SD
