While Cotto vs Alvarez will definitely be big, I still don't think it could beat Mayweather even if he doesn't fight Pacquiao.

I do. Who would be left to buy Floyds fight if every Latino was tuned in to Alvarez and Cotto.

If he gets past Maidana again, his most likely opponent for next year is Khan. Plus the GBP and the TR marketing machines would be fully behind Canelo-Cotto.

Expect Canelo-Cotto to do bigger numbers than any PPV in recent years other than Canelo-Floyd.

He should try to avenge his loss to Trout for starters.

And hand Haymon another belt at 160 to hide? No thanks.

Mayweather vs Khan will sell more than Cotto vs Alvarez. Sure, this sounds ridiculous at the moment but wait till you see it happen.

If it was on Cinco De mayo i'd confidently say a Cotto vs Canelo fight would outsell Mayweather, Floyd will move the date he knows Canelo vs Cotto are both big draws and would badly damage his numbers.

yes fighting bradley would be a cherrypick and team Cotto already said no :good

U can say Quillen is trash but hes undefetead, a belt holder, thats not a cherry pick at all.

If u say Quillen is trash then what is Chavez jr?? God?? :patsch:patsch That guys sucks, quillen is better then him. he cant make 160 so dont worry about.

Macklin,Murray,GGG,Quillen are all good fights. i think he fights one of those. I like Andrade too

Yep! Thats why i think may-Pac might happen because thats the only fight that could compare. otherwise mayweather vs anybody else cant compare at all to Cotto-Canelo

Chavez JR is better than Quillen. Fact. He's the weakest belt holder, which makes him a pseudo cherry pick, but he's still a WAY better opponent than Bradley or some non-MW.

if Chavez cam make 160 i think Quillen beats him but i guess we have different Opioions :good

if its Quillen is not a cherry pick! Im tired of ppl saying belt holders are cherry picks! as boxing fans we always argue that theres to many belts but we got ppl like you that dont want unfictions? :patsch How does that make sense?

Any belt holder fighting another in not a cherry pick!

If canelo cotto fight cinco de mayo, showtime is not going up against that with Floyd, unless its against pacquiao. In which case the cotto canelo fight won't be on that date. Too much money involved.
