That's about it but I might remove Johnson and add Thomas Tate.

    Id say Toney #1
    Ruiz #2
    Hopkins #3

It gets a bit murky after those three but id say may be Eric Lucas and David Telesco would round out the bottom half. I suppose you could interchange either of those with Virgil Hill or Lou Devalle.
In any event, there are a plethora to choose from

Toney was out of shape for this fight

Wins and performances are two different things.

    So it's an interesting debate.

    The Hill win was devastating.

    The Griffin win was spectacular.

That was amazing. But it wasn't really a significant win.

The Griffin and Hill stoppages were better and more impressive.

    It doesn't get murky.

    You have, in no order:

    Toney
    Tarver
    Ruiz
    Hopkins
    Griffin
    Hill
    Reggie etc.

Telesco and Del Valle wouldn't make the top 10.

    1. Toney
    2. Hopkins
    3. Ruiz
    4. Hill
    5. Griffin 2

I prefer the spectacular knockouts over Hill and Griffin rather than a close decision win over Tarver.

This is why it’s an interesting debate.

I personally have the Tarver fight really high up.

    Mainly due to the circumstances.

He burnt off healthy muscle in just 2-3 months, where he was clearly drained.

Tarver was hungry and motivated, and a very tough match up stylistically.

And Roy made history, after dropping back down and reclaiming the LHW titles.
