What are some of the underhanded/exploitative/infuriating things that PRIDE did?

    Is any of this obvious, or is it just a case of disputed decisions that could have gone either way? Because there's a big difference between a couple of crap judges, and a fixed fight.

    And was it even possible for PRIDE to rig the fights? I know the UFC don't provide the judges, they come from the athletic commission, was PRIDE not the same? Were the PRIDE judges appointed by the PRIDE bosses?

    The Metzger one is really obvious imo. He for me won that fight, But after two rounds they tried to call it a draw and add 5 minutes extra to decide the winner

    Enter Guy's cornerman, the notoriously even tempered Ken Shamrock, who proceded to scream at the Ref, Judges, and dragged Guy back to the dressing room in protest

    The Nog v Ricco fight could be seen as a bad decision as it was fairly close, but Ricco for me was the winner. But the fact that he was sent over by the UFC and it set Nog up for the No1 contender Superfight with CroCop at best reeks of a home town decision

    Ricco/Nog was not a robbery. Ricco didn't do anything except lay in Nog's guard and escape and block submission attempts. By Pride rules, Nog was the clear winner.

    Really damn i didn't know that. I freaking love pride fc fights. I have many dvd from there. Rampage vs Silva was one of my favorite fights ever. It was freaking awesome.

    Crocop was fun to watch too knocking out his opponents with that head kick.
