maybe werent a big deal to other people or dont involve legends or just werent so special in the big picture?

Ive always loved the Spinks-Judah fights, both 1 and 2. High speed chess matches at its best. Very high skill level

Judah vs Spinks is a good shout, though that's a big fight. Those were undisputed welterweight title fights. But youre right those were awesome awesome matches, imo. The second is one of my all time favs of that era.

For me, just some random favs that might not be special to anyone else.

Just to name a fight with no HOF'ers, and not FOTY candidate.

Torres vs Holt 2 : fast n furious

Molina-Bey always puts a smile on my face. What a comeback.
Mayorga-Trinidad. Just seeing Mayorga willingly take those punches in round 2.

Giovani Segura vs. Ivan Calderon I

It won Ring Magazine Fight of the Year but still somehow got missed by the majority.

Epic fight. Not sure if I've seen one better in the couple years since.

This was a real good fight.

Also: Srisaket vs. Sato... entertaining one sided coming out party for Srisaket.
