What are some things that Dana White/the UFC has done that you approve of?

For all intents and purposes it is the same thing as Zuffa is the umbrella company that owns the UFC brand.

 

I remember that too. The reality is, its the brothers that really call the shots not Dana.

Props to Dana/UFC for the insurance on fighter that was annouced this years(finally...shoud have come alot sooner), for finally introducing lighter weight class into the UFC, FB prelim are ****in great now my fighting saturday are starting around 18:00 not 21:00, Props for starting the show a 21:00 and not 22:00.

Now the cons. I know it's only business, but **** him(and any promoter) for ****in lying or BSing everything that is not UFC related.

He pays most of his fighter peanuts.

**** TUF I think it's prolly the worst POS that came out of the UFC. I don't see how putting bunch of guy packed with testosteron in some kind a frat house full of alcool can be good for the sport. Unless you are seeking some kind of WWE drama fan base.

Too many PPV, IMO they should do more free show. Last years they were month with 2 UFC event and most of the time one of them was ****in ****.

Oups nop, I forgot they should put back soccer kick, stomp and knee to the head of a downed opponent. They should just use rules that state you can't soccer kick somoene with 4 limb on the ground, but 3 is ok and if the guy is on is back you can go for it !

 

Dana White and Zuffa have created NOTHING!!!

They didnt create the sport of MMA, they just capitalised on it

They didnt create the unified rules of MMA to make the sport more palatable to the general public, they just capitalised on it

They didnt create the reality show format, they just capitalised on it

They didnt create their business model, it was taken from the Vince McMahon play book (buying the competition to gain a monopoly,exclusive fighter contracts, owning the image rights of the fighters, making the brand more important than the fighters ect) and they just capitalised on it

They didnt create the advertising techniques they used to admittedly great effect to gain a wider audience they just capitalised on it

They didnt create the down turn in the credibility of boxing, they just capitalised on it

They didnt create the notion of having the best fighters in the world in your organisation and having the best fight the best, PRIDE did, they just capitalised on it

 

I may be in a tiny minority here, and may catch some serious heat for saying this, but I just love the whole UFC thing. Obviously there are things I'd change or have done differently, but being primarily a boxing fan, there is so much to admire and enjoy about the UFC organization. I'm a big fan, end of story. :good

 

Dana is only the face of the brand he doesnt actually do anything

I approve of most. If it wasnt for him and the rest of Zuffa im pretty sure MMA would look alot different and we probably wouldnt see it on all these channels like Spike, Versus, FSN, CBS and NBC from time to time, ION, Showtime.

Bald headed **** should be grateful to me that I love MMA and shelled out £200 + for a ticket to a **** poor excuse of a UFC 120 card and spent 5 long hours surround by these moronic 'Ultimate Fighting' fans Mr White has created

 

The fact you've followed MMA and contributed to the profit the UFC and the sport of MMA makes makes no difference. Just appreciate the scraps that fall off the UFC's table like a good slave. Good slaves don't question ****.
