What are the benefits of having broad/wide shoulders in regards to MMA or any other combat sport?

    In short: yes, if used properly, and all other things being equal. That's also why fighters with particularly long arms can potentially punch with great force.

    Broader the shoulders, the more alphabet belts you can hang on them. Everyone knows this.
