I think there is a good chance:

Anderson by 5th Round or 30second (T)KO - He is going to punish him by beating him for 5 rounds, or dispose of him immediately to make point.
JDS by KO - 2nd Round
    Almeida by decision
    Fitch by decision

Chances? High enough to make me happy...and if he does then I'll be downright giddy!

I do hope silva is motivated and try to punished sonnen
JDS will punished that fat ******* for sure:lol:
I actually like alves in this fight. I think he wins by either TKO or decision

Who was the guy (Pierce ?) that recently fought Fitch and beat him up a bit? I agree, Alves def has a good shot of beatin him up. Pre GSP he looked unbeatable standing. I'm just leaning towards Fitch grinding him out, Fitch is tough and can take punishment standing. But Alves might have stamina issues and Fitch will eventually get him down each round and grind him out :deal

im not sure who he fought last time but other than the gsp fight, i think alves has look very good. He has good takedown defense so i think he could keep this fight standing. Man this is actually the fight i want to see the most.

Glad dana white finally loaded the undercard since silva's past couple of fights has been a joke.

    Betfair says 11/1 - Almeida by KO/TKO.

    Might be worth a punt.

Almeida has really improved his striking but a KO would be difficult as Ricardo hasnt really proved himself as capable of finish high level fighters with strikes and Hughes is a tough, durable fighter. Submitting him would also be difficult im expecting a decision in Ricardo's favor Hughes talks highly of his wrestling but Almeida's wrestling looks better every fight I seen of him. One thing that should be mentioned is that Almeida is at Welterweight now and he was never considered a really small Middleweight.

Hughes has been Knocked out 3 times, only 1 was all the way out if I remeber. Those were against GSP, Thiago Alves, and Pele

Almeida has never knocked anybody out.

Hughes stands a better chance of stopping Almeida standing than vice versa.

Why not? Both have pretty bad standup, but Hughes has actually stopped at least one person and hurt some pretty good strikers (Mach)

Almeida is as feather-fisted as you can get for an MMA fighter. No way he'll knock out Hughes.
