What are the chances of Floyd facing Rios?

    oriz would quit the moment rios right lands:yep

    the maidana fight would be interesting and i think rios would love fighting this type of fighter and would come alive

    Is Rios top 5 in any division?

    Then you have your answer. Floyd has almost exclusively if not exclusively faced top 5 opponents for like 8 years.

    ortiz and the ghost are horrible opponents rios would beat them both easily and beat maidana as well

    I'd quite like to see that actually. I want to see Thurman start taking on better opponents.

    He's been lurking around his current level for far too long.

    Agreed. It would be a step-up for him in terms of where Rios is ranked and in terms of Rios having a name.

    That's your opinion but it doesn't change what I said at all... Top 5 ranked opponents nigh exclusively.

    Bundu was a top 10-12 Welterweight.

    Rios might be able to convince some of his relatives that he cracks the top 20 WW's.

    Rios would be a big step down from Bundu for Thurman.

    Nope. Bundu is the king of Europe (which is still a great achievement), but Rios has a belt.

    Neither was Maidana when Floyd faced him to first time according to TBR:

    So it's not like it's a rule that Mayweather will face a top 5 fighter.
