During the Tarver Green fight when Tarver was dominating between rounds I remember someone in Tarvers corner said to him, you got to use the jab more Antonion and Tarver yelled back at him "What?! I'm killing him with the jab!" made me LOL.

Also Greens corner during the fight was a joke his head trainer had no idea how to combat Tarver's southpaw style & power he was just slapping Green in the face between rounds.

The true story about that fight is when the bell went to end the fight Tex said he asked ref Steve Crosson for 3 more rounds as Larry couldn't hit him any more his hands hurt too much Steve verified this when I met him in Dallas He said Tex was serious. Larry went to hospital for xrays on his swollen hands Tex had a beer in a bar afterwards He supped it through a straw though LOL Tex was one tough hombre

 

Yeah, he had to see psychiatrist and be prescribed drugs. That's real crazy right there.
