Besides being undefeated and former unified champeens, is it that they have similar fighting styles or theyre strong will to fight at home, or both? Just curious

They are only similar in their strong will to fight at home. But Ward is ten times the fighter Ottke was. Ottke is the only fighter in history who had a referee that warned the other fighter because he hit him in the face

All things considered I think I'd have to go with their hair. Different of course but equally efficient.

Sorry for answering for Suga, but it wasRobin Reid, who drubbed Ottke for 12 rounds and lost the decision.Hed have been lucky to win one against Ward.No similaritiesIMO.One a decent world class fighter, the other an all time great.

Thanks man. Just saw it, I watched 7 rounds and was just too sickened to keep watching, knowing how this ends.

They both have outstanding amateur records.

But as pros, both like the security of fighting at home and having a referee who'll be there to help if needed.

Ward wants a home ref to permit him to foul, while Ottke wanted a home ref to protect him if things get too rough.

OK mate, another 5 rounds of the same.Reid was a decent fighter, could bang and had a granite chin.Ottke wasn't a bad fighter at all,but I think Ward is an absolute master.
