HaHa lets say you were born with it what other qualities would you need to develop to be able to land the KO shot?

Things like speed, timing, accuracy etc

Everything. There are many variables so everything should be developed, you can't say there is one thing more important than another and it's going to vary from person to person, style to style and opponent to opponent. Speed, timing and accuracy should all be part of one package that is developed by improving your technique and skills. Land punches that your opponent doesn't see and you'll be hurting them even if you're not particularly heavy handed. Develop everything and especially your boxing skills, that's your answer.

Two god given gifts as far as I'm concerned Chin and Power those are the most rudimentary things you would need before adding skills IMHO
