What's your top 3 workouts for a fighter? If you could only do 3 different workouts what they would be?

    1. Sparring (must)
    2. Shadow boxing (learning boxing fundamentals)
    3. Calisthenics (streghtening body)

I don't think you need anything else. Equipments like heavy bag, pads and skipping rope are benefictical, but you can be good fighter without them.

Sounds like you answered your own question.

Heavy bag is good because you can focus only on power and don't have to worry about defense.

I don't see the point of narrowing it down to 3 workouts. The workouts required depends on the trainee not what you think is best in general.
