in no order really but some of my favourite! GSP vs TRIGG domination when it was ment to be 50/50! SILVA vs GRIFFIN looked like a fukin jedi ha! MAIA vs basically any of his ufc fights before nate bjj clinic! RUA vs RAMPAGE brutal GSP vs FITCH/ALVES dominated 2 p4p top 10 guys who else could beat them 2 like that?!? SILVA vs FRANKLIN 1 and 2 gave rich free plastic surgerey! RUA vs MACHIDA 1 great tactical fight BJ PENN vs SHERK/STEVENSON/SANCHEZ best jab in mma totaly controls his opponents! FEDOR vs CRO COP 1 of if not the best fight in mma ever CRO COP vs SAPP mirko looked phenomenal! Cant choose just 5 sorry
Gomi vs Pulver for boxing skill in MMA. BJ vs Gomi for one sided skill over a highly skilled opponent. Hughes vs Trigg 1, less exciting than 2, but some of the slickest wrestling battles I can recall off the top of my head.
So far... (Just counting individual fights...) Fedor vs Nogueira I Fedor vs Crocop Silva vs Jackson II Silva vs Sonnen (even if he ended up losing).. GSP vs Penn II But one of the most impressive achievement in the sport was Shogun's Pride LHW Grand prix victory. (where he had to beat Jackson , Rogerio , Overeem & Arona )...all in their prime. Also , crocop's 2 victories (in the open weight grand prix) against Wanderlei & Barnett were super-dominant & quite impressive too...but Shogun still takes the cake.
Barnett vs. Big Nog Big Nog vs. Cro Cop Silva vs. Jackson 2 Randy vs. Chuck 2 Palhares vs Salavarry, I was at this fight I don't think it was broadcast, but the move he pulled off to get the submission was unbelievable.
Ill do my best, hard to really commit you know. fedor vs cro-cop nick diaz vs gomi liddel vs tito ortiz sukuraba vs renzo don frye vs takayama (not the most skill displayed but unforgettable fight)
very good. the second fight between hughes and trigg really showed how much heart and skill hughes has. I like trigg better as a commentator, him and jay glazer used to do the pride show on fsn. I liked the part especially when trigg would show after the fight how a fighter set up the victory, or mistakes that the opponent made. was informative to a guy like myself who never trained bjj or any grappling arts. better show than the "best of pride" on spike tv. should be called "where the **** is fedor".:deal
