    I'm not sure about mismatched, but some of the Heavyweight Champions had some weird nicknames when they first started out. Jack Dempsey was "Kid Blackie" at one time. Muhammad Ali was once nicknamed "The Louisville Lip." George Foreman started out as George "The Machine" Foreman. I remember Mike Tyson as "Mighty" Mike Tyson. There were others.
