Gatti-Ward was entertaining, but too one-sided. The first fight was great, the 2nd alright, the 3rd pretty good, but those fights weren't too competitive. Gatti arguably shut out Ward in the rematch and won the third match 8-2. Barrera-Morales had 3 very close fights and two of them were great bouts. Vazquez-Marquez had 3 terrific bouts and all of them were competitive, with the last being decided by the closest of margins.

Vazquez-Marquez along with Bowe-Holyfield is a rarity in that all 3 fights were very good. And even in the 1st and 3rd fights which weren't that close (in terms of rounds won and lost), Holyfield had his moments, even coming pretty close to stopping Bowe in the 3rd fight.
