Get winded to fast and get exposed by quick in fighters... Sparred Fri. with a guy I had a good 25 pounds on and 3 plus inches.. I was all good until I got winded, second round.. After that i was ****ed when he got inside, thats always been a problem. When I am in better shape though i can usually keep them out with jabs and straights. Not Friday though, LOL.. Conditioning and throwing better combos.. Not just relying on a heavy jab and occasional right.. Arghhh. That was an eye opener Friday.. Motivated me though.

My stamina is not where it should be, footwork needs to improve and i get too defensive minded and counter punch when i am told to throw more punches even though i have power and im prtty quick too.

ha i do that too, but only on real easy opponents lol.
    1. I also have somewhat bad leg stamina(specifially my back leg but thats improving.)
    2. Shoulders don't burn out as much as they used to(this was remedied with intense high-punch output bag sessions) but throwing alot of punches gets me winded, but I guess thats just normal.
    3. Footwork isn't where it should be, I suck at moving to my right.
    4. I can't seem to land body punches(specifically hooks) from the outside.

I have von willebrands (blood dont clot as fast as it should) and I dont usually try to defend. I got a jaw like a tank though.

Too focused on landing power shots. Need to move around more, move the head more and throw more shots. I struggle against taller opponents if they are good.
