What are your thoughts on Mayweather vs Canelo

I believe there are serious ego issues between Mayweather and Arum and that is the main reason the fight hasn't happened. Pac may want the fight but Arum is the man that pulls the strings at Top Rank. Given their past history, Mayweather is going to give as little as possible in his dealings with Arum.

 

I don't see current Pacquiao being much of a challenge for Floyd. Now that Pacquiao's slowed down, his flaws are more noticeable.

I think Pacquiao is the kind of fighter who's successful mostly because of his physical gifts.

Floyd and Arum are like the North-Going Zax and the South-Going Zax. They're both extremely stubborn, and are waiting for the other to make the first move.

 

canelo was all that he is supposed to be and got schooled. he choked, got schooled, got a boxing lesson....doesnt matter.... this was the best win on mayweathers resume since DLH

 

Good win for floyd. Not better then Bradley win for PAC but its right there.

 

People say Floyd only fights plodders, but people were calling for a fight with Canelo, a plodder.

It's not Floyd's fault that's what draws viewers.

 

It was what it was ..Canelo was just an over hyped novice that people,actually beleived was the goods yet his performances in the ring should have altered fans that he was not what he was hyped up to be and you saw the result !
