You’re being silly Whyte is levels above Bakole and that’s coming from someone who’s not his biggest fan

What would have been the reaction if Bakole got really hurt after Billy sent him out against his will? Ye I agree it was a big fight for Bakole but not big enough to risk being hurt badly. If it was a world title I’d understand but had the feeling Billy was thinking about himself as well as the fighter and I personally think it should only be about the fighter.

I think the main problem for Bakole was lack of heart he was clearly exaggerating the shoulder injury and managed to throw quite a few rights in the last round.

Fook me mate he broke his jaw in round 2 and took numerous heavy punches in the remaining 10 rounds.

Billy Nelson got him through that fight as he wanted to quit at the end of most rounds.

Danny Williams also won a heavyweight fight with a much worse injury mate

Some of you guys need to learn when to show a bit of respect.

Over the years we have had a few people who actually work im boxing come on here , David Haye, Bellew, Steve bunce and others and you have managed to drive all of them off the site by talking ****

Obviously Billy is going to back his fighter what do you ****ing expect. Billy gives us good inside stuff on occasion and is good to have him on here.

    Ease up on Billy Nelson

It’s really childish to come on here and rag Bakole and him like that, after a devastating loss.

Agreed, be respectful and don't isolate and drive those involved in the game from the board. While he and everyone should be open to criticism, as that's forums and debate entail, be respectful of pros; while he's a coach and it's his job so he will be at times ludicrously biased about claims, most of the forum appreciate himself and other pro's

I agree Billy Nelson has to back his man to the hilt and knows his fighter more than most. The issue for me is that I can understand sending him out for the 9th after he didnt want to fight if thats how he needs to be handled. But he threw nothing in that 9th and was a sitting duck. The issue I have after watching that 9th is that he should not have been sent out for the 10th and the damage he took in that last round was unneccesary. If he offered something in the 9th to show a bit of fight, I would understand

He actually boxed better in the 9th and actually used his jab

After watching last night Bakole clearly has talent. However he is not the full package and is missing a couple of fundamental aspects to his game which are required at the top level.

Bakole didn't really want it much last night when the going got tough.

    Good fight though.

To be brutaly honest, we hear about Bakole in sparring all the time but who has he beat? Akinlade, Bagouze and DL Jones are his best wins but they are all with the greatest of respect not good fighters. Earlier in his career he narrowly beat Franc Zsalek was took the distance by an all be it a very tough Sokolowski. Micheal Hunter was a terrible choice of opponent for him last night. He needs built slowly. All this hype Billy has gave him hasnt helped. I hope they go back to the drawing board. Tom Little would be a good fight next imo.
