pullups are a definite one, and plyometric pushups, lunge jumps, burpees, depth jumps, divebombers, glute ham raises, pistols.

Check out my training program there are some good ones on there. Burpee's are the number one pal....

I love pull ups and one arm pressups too. I want to get to one arm pull ups by feb/mar next year.

How close are you? if your getting up to about halfway you might want to try going to a climbing gym once or twice a week. Thats where I was at when I started going and soon (2 weeks) I was bangin em out. If they have a cave like area then climb around in there following the routes, the onces where your hanging are way better.

Just started doing a few more pull ups in my evening sessions. Going to try to move on to one arm negatives next week. May take a while but I can do one arm pressups now pretty handily.

Burpees and proper Burpees are the ulitmate body exercise.

I can remember i used to do Tabata Burpees, proper one's with a jump at the end.

Very very very very very bad things, used to happen to me after them workouts.

plyometric pushups where you clap behind your back (there's a video of Ross Enamait doing them somewhere)

plymometric pullups where you switch from a narrow to wide grip and vice versa

plyometric pushups with one hand on a medicine ball (switch sides every rep)

    box jumps

    sprints.

^those are for building speed and explosiveness more than anything. This can also be done with any exercise by doing it dynamically (trying to perform the concentric phase of an exercise as fast as possible)

Burpees are the best bodyweight exercise for conditioning, and are deadly when combined with sprints.

EDIT: I've been trying out some of this stuff and its hard as hell.
