Tried to explain this to Azzar and he wouldn't have it, called me everything in the book.

Just read him saying he can lift 400kgs with his feet.

Ive read Tysons book and nowhere does he say how much he bench pressed at 13 , unless I have a different book.

Here are my stats , not overly impressive but they are mine.

    Height 174
    Weight 75 kg
Bench 90kg including bar - no help - dont have a training partner.
    Squat - 140kg
    Leg press - 200kg.

And I do the above properly with a strong negative thrown in.

    peace.

I hate to break it too you but for an adult 275lb weight class powerlifter 450 isn't even going to qualify you for anything outside of a local gym meet. And even then you wont win. I guarantee you there are amateurs in your area that are benching well over 5.

No way did Tyson do over 500 lbs at age 13. No.

Thurman benching 550, even if at walking around weight of 160 is also highly unlikely.

No one is benching 250 kg at age 15 .....
even the former worldchampion Bill Kaizmaier could,t come close to that at age 13-15 !!
also Mendelson ( benchpress champion some years ago ) didn,t do that before age 22-25.

Great benchpressers are small and stocky, with short arms.
    it,s like reverse basketball....

Dude, how can you get KG confused with lbs?

Tyson's trainers claimed he benched about 225lb when he was 13, that is equivalent to about 102kg. Big difference.

And for those responding to this guy, its obvious he had kg confused with lbs.

There is probably a strong correlation between being a good shot putter and a strong puncher. Both requires leverage of body to generate maximum power delivered by the arms. I would imagine guys who bat well in baseball to be good punchers too or at least have good potential.
