in summary...floyd is sued...doesnt wanna be sued or tangled up in court...already has a court issue/is doing time....rumor comes out he failed a test....pacs lawyers subpoena him to release samples...he gets outta jail...wants to settle....few writers/legion of 'tards think it means hes hiding something....against most logic

it cracks me up the same way these guys thing pwills trainer/manager saying "the fight aint gonna happen" is some damning proof its floyd because p will and floyd were both advised by al haymon....as if haymon would tell george peterson 'ya were never making that fight floyd is too scared"

list of potential reasons peterson made that comment

1. floyd is scared/doesnt want fight
2. peterson knows haymon/ arum wont work together
3. peterson knows arum/floyd wont work together
4. peterson thinks manny is hiding something and wont take tests
5. peterson thinks the lawsuit is a major roadblock that has created bad blood
6. any other reason you could think of

despite roach admitting they walked from the testing way back and ariza saying arum is the roadblock....in their minds it can only be option 1....no other option makes any sense to them

damage control would be if floyd got ktfo6 and we had to start accusing jmm of being on roids

damage control would be if we passed on the biggest fight in boxing history cause of a drug test....then years later started taking them against guys like brandon rios...all of the sudden they are a good idea lol
