Since the beginners group only trains two times a week I have a lot of free time left. I will be starting next week and hope to join the intermediates and hopefully after a few months the Amateur fighters so I can train daily.

Right now my schedule looks like this:

Monday:20:00-21:00 Home training mostly consisting out of push ups, shadowboxing and practicing combinations
    Tuesday:20:00 Boxing class
Wednesday:20:00-21:00 Home training same as above
    Thursday:Boxing Class
    Friday:19:00-21:00 Home training and roadwork
    Saturday:Same as friday
    Sunday:Rest day

Should I do roadwork daily or? I want make sure I''m not fatigued during classes

I have like a year of kickboxing experience but had to stop due to a knee injury. I've always wanted to do boxing and now a good gym is near me

Usually long distances and finish with sprints. I played high level soccer for a while so my conditioning is solid when it comes to running. And don't know yet will give them a call monday if I can drop by tuesday and join in the beginners class

Do your physical work outside the gym and if you reach a more advanced level you can train your boxing out of the gym too.
