Against Floyd? Course Floyd is gonna be the favourite to win...but how live is Cotto? He's a credible opponent..but I dunno. Margarito and Pac both beat him up a bit so I cant see him getting past Floyd..but y'never know. Floyd is one day gonna come up against his nemesis..is it Cotto?

So what odds do you give Cotto...10% ? 20%? 40%? over 50% ?? Gotta be some out there that believe Cotto has Floyds Kryptonite. I dont fancy Cotto to win..but always will hope someone thrashes Floyd and shuts up his big mouth.:D

Cotto here from me gets a 30% chance at best...but I always hope I'm wrong here! What says you?

This not a prime cotto. Mayorga was throwing the widest looping punches on cotto and was getting caught by them. His timing is so off these days. Even in the margo 2 fight he was getting hit on wide shots. I see cotto doing really good in the first 1-5. As soon as floyd pressures cotto in the later round cotto won't be a able to deal with it. Floyd by UD. The good thing is cotto's isn't as shot as oscar was when he fought floyd, so it will be somewhat competitive.

This is some tired bull****. First of all Cotto ain't punk ass Victorio Ortiz. Cotto has way more ring intelect than that crash dummy. Second of all just because you casual fans see that a drained, trainerless Cotto was soundly defeated by Pac (who was a bad match up for him anyway) doesnt mean Cotto wouldn't have the tools to match up well with a totally different style of fighter in Floyd. Mayweather should understandably be the favorite but don't give me that Cotto has zero/less than zero chance ****!!

Like 35 or 40% hes not on the level of a Floyd or Pacman or a cement handed Margarito, but hes still a very game opponent

Cotto was picked on name value and risk assesment. People are high on Cotto because he looked good with Margarito, who is the polar opposite of Mayweather.
Floyd is better equipped to deal with Cotto now than in 2008 too, as he's bigger and I'd argue actually stronger than Cotto.

Same chance I'd give him at any point in Cotto's career. No real chance at beating Mayweather.

jack and ****. and jack just left town. surprised no has said floyd is fighting pac's leftovers yet. beating a shot to bits margarito, paper champion yuri foreman, and punching bag mayorga does not prove anything about how much cotto has left.
