Anthony Joshua is tailor made of Usyk, what is Aj's best chance of victory ? Should he box Usyk or try and knock him our as soon as possible ?

How is he tailor made for Usyk? No way AJ would try to KO him as soon as possible. Very few boxers go into a major fight w/ the intention of getting an early KO. AJ would box and take the KO is it's there.

    crappy poll BTW...

    50-50 imho.

Usyk has slowed down some and Chisora gave him a hard fight. AJ is next level compared to Chisora and feckin enormous. Usyk is the much better pure boxer and his footwork likewise. However AJ has a solid grasp of all aspects of the game and has the power to make Usyk pay for taking chances.

I think it will be a slow start as they try figure each other out. Once it warms up you will see Usyk try different things to throw AJ off his game. Joshua must fight a measured fight and not get drawn into flailing away and swatting air. In the last part of the fight is where I think it will get interesting. Joshua will likely be favoured on the cards so Usyk will need to win 5-6 rounds decisively to get a points win. He will do his usual thing and press the pace late. If AJ does his usual thing and gas, it could be a very hairy last third of the fight for him. He might even get stopped. Usyk's power is not huge but it's solid and Joshua may have a suspect chin. If it goes to the cards AJ will win unless Usyk has malleted him.

Usyk like his stablemate Lomachenko is too gentlemanly, he will get caught by a uppercut whilst expecting a break and that will be the beginning of the end.

I don't agree with any of those options.

Where is the option to pick an easy AJ knockout?

What about a convincing points victory where no robbery is required?

You've basically said he has no chance, almost no chance, a small chance, and a 50/50 chance.

I don't think any of those are how it goes.

I think Joshua will be too big, too strong, too determined, and will catch Usyk late on, winning by t.k.o or a straight knock out.

If Chisora gave him a lot of trouble I have to think AJ will give him more…. 60/40 fight in AJ’s favor IMO

Basically this... Champions always get favouritism on the cards, home fighters likewise - anything marginal is likely to go to AJ.

I can't see Usyk KO'ing Joshua (didn't really threaten to knock out Delboy) and I can see Joshua KO'ing Usyk.

70/30 to AJ IMHO... Neither is without question marks, but AJ is the most proven fighter at HW right now and Usyk wasn't as good as I expected against Chisora.

AJ doesn't even have to land a 100% punch to have usyk in trouble. So yeah that's going to be 12 rounds of trying to not get hit with anything, very dangerous fight for usyk. But also a winnable fight which is why we all want to see it.
