No you're confused again. I've quite clearly been arguing the majority of this thread that quite a few other fighters (non K2 fighters) are considerably better than Haye. Klitschko's and their record doesn't really come into the equation. It's more down to your obsession and hatred for those two chaps that you perceive it that way.

Well you're wrong because from the time Haye became WBA regular he was no. 3 so you're a moron for that reason. Thanks for clearing that up.

So under your definition Povetkin is now the clear number 3 in the division. Ok thanks for clearing that up.

No haye is no. 3, povetkin is no. 4 or 5. I just meant that was when Haye's HW career had some pedigree I don't mean the title is what gave him the no. 3 spot. Cretin, don't twist my words

What could Haye have achieved if he had a fighter's spirit, is the better question.

A large amount of the posters have shown good sense as also proven by the poll votes.

For the people who deny claims that Haye could have been a solid #2-#3 if he fought everyone, I feel it is more because they dislike Haye then anything they actually believe in.

To think Alexander Povetkin (the current #3) can beat David Haye is utterly ludicrous. Povetkin have shown nothing that says he can last against someone of Haye's speed, accuracy, or power. Povetkin arguably lost to Marco Huck, someone who's limitations as a fighter is shocking. It is a credit to lady luck herself that Huck even managed to have the successful career that he had. Not to mention Huck is a natural CW. Povetkin have regressed at an alarming rate and have shown less heart and skills with every fight.

As for the rest of the top fighters in this era, I hope people realize the likes of Tyson Fury and Chris Arreloa are very highly ranked. Arreloa is a borderline C Level fighter and that is being very generous. Fury almost knocked himself out. In fact, Tyson Fury is wildly popular among non boxing fans because of the youtube viral video of him upper cutting himself in the face. Fury vs Haye would be David Haye dancing around and eventually stopping Fury on a tko.

Thomaz Adamek is very very underrated, a great warrior and will actually present a challenge. But I feel that in the end Haye will still beat Adamek in a pretty entertaining fight.
When did Chambers, a shot Chris Byrd and god damn caveman Samuel Peter get so highly rated? I never seen a 'slick' boxer as fat as Eddie Chambers, how can you be slick when you have a extra 25 pounds of dough boy fresh hanging out? Sam Peter was a brawling caveman who would have gotten stopped and badly by David Haye. The version of Chris Byrd that existed around the time Haye moved up to HW would not have won more than 2 rounds on his way to a wide UD lost.
A lot of these heavyweights are getting over rated because of hidden agendas. (K2 FANS). Because people will not tell the truth about guys like Chambers, Arreloa,Peters, etc since it will naturally down grade the resumes of K2. The truth is not one of these guys were in shape, any good, or even remotely considered elite.

The bottom line is, base on potential and talent David Haye stands well above everyone outside of k2. It is his own laziness, cowardice, and lack of a fighter's mentality that have led to this sham he calls a career. He still have a chance to turn it around, but this is the last chance he will have.
