What could Pacquiao possibly gain by submitting to drug tests??

Why should he just do whatever Mayweather says to make him happy?
I want the fight to happen as much as you, but I totally understand Pacquiao being upset over random accusations.
I would love for him to take the tests and sign the fight and get this **** started, it would be great. But It's Floyd's fault that this is even an issue now, because he wanted to accuse Manny of illegal activity for no reason.
