I thought as much. If the OP is using the UK then that would mean 12 world champions as Frampton is from Northern Ireland which is in the UK. The Republic of Ireland have 0 World Champions and therefore drop off this list.

If you were to use individual countries Wales has 1 World champion of a population of 3 million, Northern Ireland has 1 World Champion of a population of 2 million, England has 10 World Champions of a population of 52 million, Scotland 0 World Champions population 5 million and the Republic of Ireland has 0 World Champions with a population of 4.5 million.

If you were to count Ireland as a whole (Republic of Ireland and Nortern Ireland combined) the population would in fact be 6.5 million with 1 world champion.

That is perk they are given for being owned by the U.S. and it just means they can come to the U.S. to be a full fledged U.S. citizen. It has nothing to do with those that remain on the island. They have no representation in congress by way of senate or house. The school system is paid for by Puerto Rico, so is public services.

Everything except welfare is paid for by Puerto Rico, and that's only because the U.S. doesn't want the place to degrade into a third world status so that their U.S. citizens and soldiers don't get robbed (as much) while stationed/visiting there. There is no good that comes from being a U.S. citizen if you're still living in Puerto Rico, so tell me, why should they be looked at as part of the U.S. when they gain minimal advantage from them?

Do you guys have as much rampant corruption in judging over there in UK as we do? It seems you're more fair

It's more impressive to have 11 world champs for 60 million population than 1 world champ for 4 million population IMO. I don't care if the numbers say differently.

The USSR doesnt exist. Russia is way down the list, surprising lack of belts for such a huge country. Fury, Ward are higher p4p than Golovkin who is yet to prove himself at elite level :deal

We're not in the 1970s any more. The USSR doesn't exist.

That's like us Brits claiming Australian and Canadian fighters as our own because they were once part of the British Empire.

Puerto Rico isn't part of the US. It's a US territory but it's like if we Brits claimed a fighter from Bermuda as one of our own.
